Observation details
*Rare and 3rd Alaska record; originally found by Connor Goff a few days prior. Seen at a house with feeders near intersection of Etolin & Park St.; observed multiple times between 12 & 2pm. Medium-sized stocky, sparrow-like bird ; face is gray with yellow eyestripe and yellow&black malar stripe; breast pale yellow with faint streaking; chestnut wing patches. Photos.
