Observation details
Cont on south end of south jetty, best viewed from the pier with hella people fishing. Owl becoming more active as dusk falls, actively looking around and flying short distances towards south end. It is still standing on top of the rock as of 17:04 where it becomes a bit too dark to see. Still at location when we left the area.
