Observation details

immature perched along Longcurve Rd about 100 yards east of Creef Rd (between Miltail and Link Roads). Almost exactly same spot where one was present 2 winters ago. Light phase bird with light forehead, streaking along sides of throat, very long wings (extending to tip of tail). See photos.
