Observation details

**MEGA** Photos Bird of prey with Black eye stripe, buffy to creamy yellowish head, breast, and underparts. The back and wings are blackish-brown with a whitish patch at the base of the primaries, which is visible in flight. The uppertail coverts and tail are buff with dusky bars, and the tail has a black band near the end. Iris is reddish brown, surrounded by bare bright yellow skin
