Observation details

Continuing. Small sized loon with short, smaller bill. Clear, straight delineation between white and black down neck. Bird was noticeably smaller than the COLO observed in the same scope view. On the east side of the lighthouse. Seen with MOB. Spotted by Manny. Horrible photos.
