Observation details

exact, first bird giving the classic sharp high “wheer!” calls right at the transition from northern hardwoods to montane spruce-fir, second calling in the col bw the false summit and Belvidere, then a lovely pair just below the summit lookout facing the mine: singer and nearby bird calling. Recorded the first bird and the singer
