Observation details

Continuing from yesterday as reported by Noah, at the westernmost edge of the last farm field. Large sparrow with very white breast with single dark spot and unmistakable face pattern with dark eyeline, rufous cheek patch, white supercilium and malar, rufous and white cap. Loosely associating with a couple of song sparrows but unlike them, staying mostly hidden in the bushes; occasionally emerging part way, then disappearing back into the thickets. Poor photos for documentation.
