Observation details
Found by Nolan Keyes off Huntington to the West. Our group saw the Discord post and started to lock in to our West. Matt Warchol got on it at 9:52, E bound staying low to the water but cutting back up until the Western wind a few times. Very long slender dark wings against a streamlined body especially when it soared back up into the winds. Kept pushing E as it passed just beyond the 2 harbor lighthouses. Distant photos TBA.
