Found by someone earlier, thank you Pablo for sharing the info and Blair for sharing a good viewing spot! Arrived when other birders were still viewing the bird- thanks Cathy! Adult nonbreeding bird, chunky body compared to its short tail and small head, small bill, all white bird, seen well in scope. It was busy feeding in a muddy area under a big John Deere digger. It moved more behind a bushy area when I was leaving. Lifer- exciting and unexpected species to find in this type of location! Very poor record photos included.
