Observation details

Cartoonishly late bird, first heard whitting behind pond 1 at roughly 33.6587686, -117.8449693. Got some recordings and was finally able to coax it into view. Large-ish empid, with no eyering, large, broad bill entirely orange underneath. Darker than a lot of wifls I see. Flicked tail up repeatedly. Photos taken
