Observation details
Small, buffy caracara with a buff head and breast. Also had a dark brownish back. Seen initially flying from west to east across the road at 10:10 AM. Crossed back to the other side about 15 minutes later, then back a couple minutes after that. Returned to the same set of palm trees both times. Observed for around 35 minutes in the same field with the cows it has recently been observed in before it flew off to the east. Observed with two other birders as well. Lifer!!! Poor photos TBA.
