Observation details

Possibly 3. I 1st heard a pair of distinctly different chickadee calls in trees along the Frijoles Canyon channel. Recorded, with Merlin agreeing one was MOCH and the other BCCH (2nd attached recording). The BCCH flew calling down the channel into the riparian zone along the river. Walking back upriver along the riparian zone, I heard a pair with the BCCH call. Recorded (1st attached recording). Using playback, I was able to lure one out into the open for a photo.
