Observation details

Intermingling with a group of AMWI. Had the reddish-brown head characteristic of males (although certainly muted), but lacked its distinct bronze forehead. Plumage was also warmer, lacking the distinct chestnut breast and grey sides of adult male breeding plumage. Plumage was an intermediary of grey and chestnut, more similar to female plumage. I believe this is maybe an immature male or aberrant female. Photos to add.
