Observation details
First good bird of the day headed east at around 8:25 point blank along the shore. I'm not the best at aging gulls but it appeared to be a second winter bird as it didn't have a complete dark underwing and had a little black on the upper wingtips. Second was a beauty of a full adult headed east at around 11:50 in pretty much the same flight line. This one actually hung around a bit and sat on the water on the east side of the park. Atlee has photos of the last bird. Update: After reviewing photos of the second "BLKI" it turns out it was actually a juv. LIGU.Atlee and Kari have photos that clearly show this.
