Observation details
Massive all-white waterfowl. Very long neck. Foraging in the marshy edge of the pond by dabbling. When tipped, the tail did not look as stubby as I would expect a Tundra Swan to look and the black feet were massive. I did not see any banding on the black legs and it did not have a neck collar. The all black bill looked heavy and with a fairly straight culmen and a steadily curved border from the black facial skin to the white plumage. The extensive black facial skin stayed broad through the lores so that it was difficult to discern the dark eye. The eye did not look to be pinched-off. The white feathering on the forehead appeared more pointed than straight across.
