Observation details
Continuing, found by Charles Babbitt. Associating with AMCO in Desert Tortoise Cove. Male - all black duck with long tail, orange knob on the bill. Seen with Mark, nice to run into him after a while. He flushed to the east after about 20-30 minutes. He seemed wary of the fisherman drifting into the cove on his boat, the fisherman was not impressed when we explained what a rare bird had just flown past him. Photos TBA.
