Observation details

Found this guy feeding on a kill again! This time perched on west face of the building. Was rotating all over the ledge as he fed. Didn’t completely finish the kill though, stopped feeding halfway. Then cleaned bill, did couple of stretches, and flew away to the pylon northwards. Settled there.
