Observation details

Spotted around 9:30 very distant and high, paddle-shaped wings and thin long tail visible. About 10 minutes later, a kite came close overhead, circling over pintail lakes before dropping down quickly. It came up once more at 9:45 and went west. Many happy participants and several photos!
