Observation details

Continuing, first spotted by Justin B. on 10/30. Hover hunting over dry lakebed vegetation near the boat dock at 9:35. Light phase. Large buteo with long wings, dark ‘wrists’ and two tone tail. Also observed 30 min later flying with RTHA (2) and NOHA in the NW section, offering great comparison views.
