Observation details
**Rare in the mountains, continuing bird. Probably annual on grassy/granitic balds in the northern NC mountains though, just never detected. Hanging out on the concrete pad on the north side of the “hangar”. Mostly eating flies and other insects that were within grabbing range. Generally very tame, as SNBU usually are, and seemed unperturbed by our presence. Photos tba
