Observation details
A hirundine with dull grey brown colouring above and all white beneath (with a little duskiness), showing no throat band. Tail moderately forked. A white rump was also clearly visible, as would be expected for a House Martin. Back feathers showing only a little blue gloss, brownish wings, duskiness to underparts and throat would point towards this being a 1CY instead of an adult bird. The tail is too deeply forked for Asian House Martin. Very fluttery flight intercepted by phases of gliding with its wings stretched out. Silent.
