Observation details

Large raptor with dark brownish upperparts, white underparts and a white head with a prominent dark eye stripe. Seen perched on dead branch protruding from the dam, later seen flying up the lake when the typical bent wing profile was obvious. Still visible pale edging on some wing covs, so likely a juvenile.
