Observation details
I heard the rattle of a longspur and was able to get on a brown, streaky bird mixed in with larks in flight. Over the course of the next 20 minutes I heard a few more chews and rattles but was unable to see it again. Managed one poor recording when the bird was a bit more distant. Calls can be heard at 3 seconds and then again at 16 and 19 seconds. (38.5415319, -121.0550807)
