Observation details

Male, first reported via iNaturalist by Joseph Vickers via Alex Brainerd (https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/325277399) on November 6, 2025. Heard giving calls (downslurring chee note), then seen foraging in Carob Trees adjacent to bridge in front of Wrigley Memorial. Black head and back with white bar and white teardrop behind eyes, red belly.
