Observation details

First seen on the ground and then observed in tree tops. Would fly a short distance to a new tree when we approached too close. Warm gray overall with primaries a shade darker, yellow bill with black tip, yellow feet. No white collar was visible indicating it was a juvenile. Seen while hunting without binoculars.
