Observation details

Bright female-type with flock of RCKI and 2 YRWA in small patch of willows just S of lake restaurant/store at: (32.9864674, -116.5829327). Small, short-tailed, sharp-billed warbler with pale bluish face with broad, pale eye arcs; yellowish lower mandible; bright yellow throat and breast; and bluish wings with short white wing bars.
