Observation details
Fog began to lift a little around 8:30-9 when I saw most of the swans sleeping. Prior to then could only hear a few tundra swans calling back and forth in the fog - around 9:30 various dog walkers spooked most of the ducks and half the swans. Some ducks and most all of the swans returned after awhile
