Observation details
Call heard and ID’d with Merlin sound ID. Called twice, loudly and clearly, and then was silent. When comparing the call I heard and recorded against the Goshawk’s call, it seemed an excellent match to me. But I am not an expert, so hopefully someone with experience with this bird will provide feedback.
