Observation details
Flying a few hundred feet high over field, woods and Lake. The kettle was so high at first I thought they were nighthawks until I got out my compact binoculars I carry when biking. If you Zoom in on the two cloudy photos, you can count around 50+ gulls in each image. They give a sense of just how high the gulls were soaring. Photos taken with phone camera.
