Continuing. We followed the trail to the pin at the Juniper loaded with berries. It came out of the grasses on the far side of the ditch, and landed in the mud/leaf litter in the ditch. It flew along the canal from just below the Juniper to just above and back. Never really saw it in the Juniper. Rusty back & head, speckled chest and bold eye ring. One poor photo
