Observation details

After failing to find this bird at Home Valley Park, I drove over here and found it foraging on the small island at the Wind River boat ramp: (45.7173348, -121.7904475). I viewed it from the highway bridge, then drove to the boat ramp, at which point I noticed it flying away toward Home Valley Park.
