Observation details

**Very rare anywhere in the state nowadays, but 2nd straight year Quincy has had one. Great find by Emily Ross earlier today, also thanks to Jeff Offerman for helping refind it. Very skulky at this hour; I had one unobstructed look at it for a few seconds, and heard it making soft contact call type calls that recalled a quieter COYE call note to my ears (somewhat audible in a recording). Small, light-colored wren, smaller and much lighter overall than MAWR, with very obvious white streaks in the nape and back, small bill for a wren, with yellow lower mandible.
