Observation details
Potential first state record seen with many observers, originally found by Ben Stubbs, Meghan Hines, and Neil Skoog. Flycatcher 6-7 inches in length with all dark blackish plumage except for clean white belly, vent, and undertail coverts. Thin dark bill, dark eyes, dark feet. Tail pumped regularly when perched, bird gave frequent, high, single chip notes. Actively foraged on sunlit, sparsely vegetated cliffside.
