Observation details

Continuing bird. See photo. Seen on 8 mile road in horse pasture sitting on wooden post at about 7:35. About 12 posts into the horse pasture at this location: 29.245661, -94.888845. It stayed for a couple of minutes then flew west, hovered a bit and then lost sight of it.
