Observation details

Continuing bird; appearing very dark when seen in flight, with long wings, and a kite-like fan tail. Dark hooded appearance with strong, pale facial markings. Pale underside, heavily marked. Watched it soaring and hunting for some time over fields, then it caught something and retired to a tree branch, evidently where it was also seen previously, in the edge of the woods, on the south side of the field that's west of Seaside Road.
