Observation details
Found yesterday by Roy Gardner while golfing and sent to his nephew Chris Sayers who relayed to message to Jay McGowan who quickly got the word out. Large Cuckoo with brown/gray upperparts, barred underparts, small decurved bill and long tail. Spent its time between hunting caterpillars and perching on posts. Beautiful bird!! Photos.
