Observation details
From the side, this bird had a plumage pattern that looked more like Red shouldered or Broad-wing Hawk. However, the bird seemed too big for Broad winged Hawk. From below the bird looks more like a Red-tailed Hawk. Before I arrived at that part of the park, and after I left, I heard a Red-shouldered Hawk calling repeatedly and the crows were harassing a bird in that same part of the park where I photographed this bird. Going only by the frontal view I want to call this a Red-tailed Hawk.
