Observation details

Small bird flushed. Flew high and circled the estuary three or four times before flying NW. Loud vocalizations began immediately after taking flight and something clicked in my brain “this is a new bird”. Recorded bubbly flight calls which match with EUSK online. Poor in flight record photos taken, which confirm pale body that transitions to darker collar. Also, overall body shape and wing shape matches Eurasian Skylark images. Thanks to the birders who contributed with their opinions! Lifer!
