Observation details
Overall drab gray longish-tailed flycatcher with rounded looking head, bill with yellowish-orange lower mandible, pale whitish outer tail feathers (could be due to wear and not truly pale), and white eyeing which was slightly tear-dropped shape in some images. Appeared to be constantly flicking its tail downward, but that was observed from a scope; when I got close, it didn't dip tail that often. Back appears to have a little greenish tint and eyeing appears more extensive and tear-dropped shaped, more extensive than on GRFL that I've seen before, but might fall into the range for gray. Bill looked long in the field, but after looking at home, might be too short for gray. Primary projections look short, but I only have a few poor photos. Foraging in an open grassland area next to scrub habitat.
