Observation details
Both dark juvs. First spotted by Isaac slowly fighting the wind from the south, ended up in the channel and put down on the beach 10ft from the parking lot edge. Stayed in the area till dusk, many people got it 2nd seen distant over the lake, made its way to shore and gained altitude fast, up to around 800m. Cut inland going SSE.
