Observation details
Flying around the top of Te Manga, also calling. Seen from the upper end of the track. Medium-sized Petrel species with white underpart; wings dark with white marks; grey face mask to the eye, but white chin. No white flashes in the primaries (Kermadec Petrel), although the light makes it looks like it in some pictures
