Observation details
Size, proportions, color and behavior consistent with a black phoebe. Hanging out below the dam in a pool. Fly catching behavior first drew my attention. Mostly black phoebe with whitish belly and under-tail coverts. Tail flicking behavior when perched. Photos TBA
