Observation details

Some Killdeer were flying in a flock (about 20), then they landed and joined other Killdeer that were resting in the dirt field on that corner of M and Road 2 SE. I counted the birds. 75 is a conservative count. I've seen this behavior before. Last fall I saw hundreds of Killdeer in the field across from our house. Will post photos.
