Observation details

Notable yellow throat and more extensive black on the chest directly under and around the throat. Distinct chip call that sounded like a myrtle YRWA but with an "accent" had me seeking this individual and the identification an Audubon's would be why. Based on th extent of white in the tail it appears to be an older bird, probably an ASY is my guess (see photos from subsequent days for more tail shots). (Please don’t @ me for not submitting this list for forever—I was waiting to get my photos off the card to submit it and the list then got lost due to an eBird update forever ago, and to get it back I needed to backup my phone and restore an old backup which is an AFFAIR but that didn’t work and it took a full two [one full 14 hour second day of phone stuff] plus buying a new temporary phone with more memory per Apple’s rec because my actual phone got messed up as a result of all this… complicated long story. Worth it because I’m stubborn, submitting this rare bird was haunting me for over a year, and I wanted my whole list back, darnit, and I got it! - Charlotte)
