Absolutely incredible find by Palm Beach County’s finest, Carl Edwards! A medium sized flycatcher with a black and white striped face, brown back with white wing edging, and significant rufous in the tail. Pale yellow creamy colored chest and belly with brown streaking. Photos. First Palm Beach County record and 4th for Florida.
