Observation details
Seen flying up and down the river for much of the period that the Forster's Terns were around initially on its own and at times associated with the other terns. Sterna tern with dark helmet/primaries/carpal bar, grayer overall particularly above than Forster's Terns. Pics are screenshots of a digiscoped video.
