Observation details

Bird first appeared pervched on a tall light standard beside the sidewalk at the east end of the Magic Carpet Golf property. Bird then flew toward the beach and disappeared behind the sewall. I walked over and found it foraging at a small puece of fish or meat. Bird flew again but stayed in the area for about 45 minutes, using various perches. Last seen flyning to soutwest, away from the beach at about 0755. Photos
