Observation details
I saw it just a few feet in front of me at about rue level in a small shrub across from the wetland near the shooting range. There was a small but diverse flock of warblers for this time of year and a ruby crowned Kinglet. It had a very obvious yellow green back patch behind the head with white eye arches. It had a yellow throat and chest (no chest band) with white on the underside below the throat. On its back and head it was a grayish blue color with white wing bars. I got a terrible picture and I tried hard to get a better picture, but my camera didn’t focus fast enough and it kept moving.
