Observation details

**rare from shore and surprisingly early, although this may be attributed to the offshore hurricanes that preceded multiple sightings along the FL coast last week. An excellent find by Avery. First cycle bird with black nape, ‘ink dipped’ tail, bold black ‘M’ pattern on leading wing edges through scapulars, white inner primaries/secondaries/tertials, etc. Photos and video.
