Observation details

Continuing bird in the area. Smaller than the nearby Crested Caracaras. All yellowish head and neck with no dark crown. Buffy chest with streaking. Long barred tail. Flew in from the west and after perching in the eucalyptus snag for about 5 minutes he flew off to the east.
